Under the auspices of our Chefs, our fine dining restaurant is intrinsically French at heart, but the Moroccan culture and market produce is a daily inspiration. The cuisine is refined but simple, acknowledging many of our guests' desire to retreat and rejuvenate, albeit in sensory luxury. And so the menu features such gourmet dishes as wild seabass tajine with chermoula spices and the spectacular roasted lamb tucked within a Moroccan kefta.
Open from Tuesday to Sunday from 7:00pm, our restaurant's setting is seductive and sophisticated, a fashionable background for a Sahara escape. The views are over the Balinese inspired gardens and pool, and there is a terrace for warm summer evenings.
